Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Screening criteria - NSU, east west, brac, and other reputed university.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of the steel and marble industry is a plus.

We are expanding our team and seeking three dynamic and results-driven Male Senior Executives in Marketing and Sales to join us on this exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the industrial equipment and spare parts market.
• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building efforts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product offerings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management on key metrics and strategies
