Additional Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Freight Management Systems, Shipping Liners' WEB Based Software, E-Mail Writing.

• Fluently Good communication skill in English. (Speaking & Writing)

Responsibilities & Context

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in air and sea freight services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and overseas agents.

• Prepare and negotiate competitive freight quotations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.

• Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

• Actively achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

• Attend client meetings and presentations to promote the company’s services.

• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.

• Ensure excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns professionally.

• Monitor and improve operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as on-time delivery, transit times, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction.
