Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • BBA/MBA in Finance

  •  Professional training and certification on Power BI will be preferable.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in financial analysis.

Responsibilities & Context

This role is integral to supporting How Are You Textile Industry Limited in achieving its financial goals. The Officer-Finance will be responsible for ensuring that financial performance is optimized, costs are managed efficiently, and FP&A processes are continuously enhanced to drive data-driven decision-making. By acting as a key business partner, the officer will provide valuable insights that support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Business KPI analysis and follow-up

  • Monitor financial and operational KPIs to assess business performance against targets Track and evaluate business performance against budget and forecasts.

  • Collaborate with department heads to provide data-driven decision support.

  • Serve as a key liaison between finance and other departments by providing business-partnering support.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

  • Analyze & conduct key financial metrics & modeling, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights.

Cost Optimization

  • Participate in the formulation and enhancement of the costing structure for all products and services.

  • Analyze and optimize cost components to ensure competitiveness and efficiency.

  • Assist in building and maintaining a comprehensive costing database.

  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of cost-related data.

Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems for increased accuracy and efficiency.

Develop and prepare business cases for all internal OPEX and CAPEX investments.
