Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire tender process from inquiry to submission

  • Prepare, review, and submit tender documentation

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards

  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information

  • Analyze and respond to tender requirements and queries

  • Maintain accurate records of all tender processes and submissions

  • Monitor tender performance and implement improvements

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities and competitive positioning.

  • Provide training and support to team members on tender processes and best practices.

  • Participate in post-tender evaluations to assess outcomes and refine future strategies.


Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Salary Review: As per company policy

  • Festival Bonus: Half of basic salary

  • Office Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

  • Off Day: Friday
