Regulation: They must understand and apply relevant legislation, standards, codes of practice, guidelines, industry agreements, and company standards.
Electrical work: Required to oversee electrical work and site electricians.
Materials: Need to scope work and order materials.
Permits: Responsible for issuing permits.
