Responsibilities & Context

• Production planning: Creating schedules, strategies, and plans to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. 
• Product Delivery: Monitoring whether products are being delivered properly.
• Quality control: Establishing and maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are made to the highest standards.
• Equipment maintenance: Ensuring that manufacturing equipment is well-maintained and repaired. 
• Safety: Ensuring that workers and products are safe, and that health and safety standards are met. 
• Staff supervision: Motivating, supporting, and guiding production staff. 
• Communication: Communicating with other managers and executives.
• Problem resolution: Identifying and resolving factory-related issues. 
• Continuous improvement: Leading efforts to improve production processes and efficiency. 
• Collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with the company's mission.
