Responsibilities & Context
As an International Client Delegation Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our international clients. You will be responsible for coordinating client meetings, ensuring a smooth and professional experience, and acting as a key point of contact between our company and our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, prompt response and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Coordinate and manage client meetings, managing meeting schedules and making meeting minutes.
Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare documents, reports, and other materials for client needs.
Provide support during client meetings, including note-taking and follow-up on action items.
Monitor and report on client feedback and requirements, identifying areas for improvement.
