Responsibilities & Context

HOUSEKEEPING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing assigned areas
• Changing linens: Changing bed linens and towels
• Restocking supplies: Restocking toiletries and cleaning products
• Trash disposal: Collecting and removing trash and debris
• Reporting issues: Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Following procedures: Following health and safety regulations and company policies
• Customer service: Providing excellent customer service to guests and residents
• Inventory management: Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
• Time management: Completing tasks within the expected time frame
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other housekeepers on each shift
• Equipment management: Cleaning, disinfecting, and storing all equipment at the end of the shift
