Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
Preference will be given to candidates from food companies.
Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and onboarding process for new employees Management.
Onboard Recruitment Source or recruitment platform for best people selection Management.
Support the implementation of employee engagement activities and programs.
Assist in organizing team-building activities, company events, and employee recognition programs.
Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve engagement initiatives.
Conduct periodical HR related survey, compile, share with team and stakeholder and take corrective action plan.
Driver Recruitment align with corporate Admin team.
Repair & Maintenance all vehicle aligns with corporate admin.
Organize security duty rosters and manage leave schedules.
Lead recruitment efforts for security personnel.
Store management.
Renew and manage all necessary licenses and office documentation.
Maintain incident reports and share with management monthly.
Prepare monthly attendance sheet and forward to payroll for preparing the salary.
Safeguard non-management employee files with confidentiality.
Basic knowledge about labor law – 2006.
Any other duties assigned by the management.
