Responsibilities & Context
As an Business Development Executive you will reach to our potential client that comes from network, and web leads, offline marketing for providing them with all services (courses) offered by CTBD and give additional counseling as needed; as well as work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. He/she must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase CTBD's revenue. Please note that it is an indoor job.
Sell courses by establishing contact/given leads through developing relationships with prospects; recommending different career opportunities.
Identify potential clients (Students) in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's needs.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending benefits of the courses through counseling
Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing CTBD standards.
Gather and maintains professional information of potential clients from educational workshops.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process
Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
