Responsibilities & Context

Develop and implement production plans:

• Develop plans outlining production targets, budgets, objectives, and schedules and ensure that these plans are followed.
• Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed to meet production demands.

Supervise staff:

• Assign responsibilities to production staff and monitor their performance.
• Lead by example and support staff in order to ensure a harmonious work environment.

Ensure quality:

• Ensure that processes are implemented in compliance with the company’s quality standards.
• Monitor the production process to identify areas of improvement and take action to address any issues.

Manage budget:

• Analyze costs and identify ways to reduce production costs.
• Monitor expenses and take action to control and reduce expenses when necessary.

Develop strategies:

• Analyze production data and use this information to develop strategies that will improve production efficiency and quality executive.
• Implement strategies and monitor their progress.
