• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Prefer those who have experience in management NSDA registration.

• Experience in campaigning, Social motivation, Public gathering and presentation.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi

Responsibilities & Context

• Preparing a list of materials and equipment to develop a Training and Testing Center.

• Conduct theoretical and practical class in Plumbing, Mason, Tiles, rod binding, Shuttering Carpentry, Welding, Electrician and others.

• Conduct and evaluate training standard.

• Prepare and review training Program.

• Supervise maintenance of all tools and machineries used in training.

• Lesson plan & Other Training Guideline in class.

• Control Student in with friendly behavior.

• Preparing and reviewing lesson plans, lecture materials, and curriculum development.

• Evaluate Students, assignments, and written works and exams.

• Assess additional qualities like communication skills (especially in Arabic, English, and Hindi) and teamwork during test sessions.

• Act as the main liaison with delegates, ensuring clear and professional communication in Arabic, Hindi, and English.

• Proven track record in construction engineering and managing complex infrastructure projects.

• Collaborate with delegates to address project requirements, resolve issues, and provide technical insights.

• Any other task assigns by management.
