Additional Requirements

• Qualifications:
• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Passion for sustainable design and functional, innovative solutions.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software (with 3D rendering & working drawing skills).
• Experience in preparing accurate working drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 2D and 3D design plans, including working drawings, layout design, and technical specifications.
• Create inspiring concept designs, mood boards, and presentations for client approval.
• Manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and generate innovative design ideas.
• Stay goal-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute beyond the 9-to-5
