Responsibilities & Context
Conduct Laboratory Tests – Perform diagnostic tests on blood, urine, tissue, and other body fluids to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Ensure Accuracy & Quality – Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
Operate & Maintain Equipment – Use, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments for optimal performance.
Follow Safety & Compliance Guidelines – Adhere to health regulations, biosafety standards, and laboratory protocols.
Record & Report Findings – Accurately document test results and communicate findings to physicians and healthcare teams.
Work with Healthcare Teams – Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and specialists to support patient care.
