Responsibilities & Context

• Provide high quality nursing care to patients in accordance wth established standard and practices.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Educate patient and their families about health management and disease prevention
