Education

• Bachelor/Honors

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate with good academic credentials.
• Preference will be given to candidates having textile/garments back ground.
• Additionally if candidate has experience working with US and European customers.

Experience

• At least 8 years

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in a leadership position in a reputed organization. 
• Must have knowledge of quality management system.
• Must have thorough knowledge on quality audit and system process.
• Must have experience working as a QMS
• Fluently written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Should be able to manage audits
• Must be capable to train production & Quality teams on DHU, KPI and other requirements.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Location: Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.

Job Nature: Full-time (6 working days) 

• To monitor production processes to ensure that factory machinery and people produce garments in accordance with buyer and company and requirements.
• To oversee production and quality team, making sure that quality control measures are carried out properly.
• To review the work of subordinates who inspect products for functionality and conformance to specifications.
• To serve as a liaison to production staff, explaining the results of quality control procedures.
• To develop, implement and maintain quality management systems.
• To create standard operating procedures for the specific plant in which they work.
• Must be able to make weekly presentation to management on Production Unit performance.
• Effective CAP to take and to implement for top 5 defects determined by daily/weekly defect analysis.
