Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise all sewing machine repair & mechanical installation work.

• Supervise all mechanical troubleshooting work.

• Supervise all mechanical schedule maintenance work & keep proper records.

• Prepare a complete work plan of mechanical maintenance & development work.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of Juki sewing machines, pattern seamer machine auto cutter machine and related equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide quick solutions to avoid production delays.

• For maintenance of sewing production machine, monitoring & ensuring the periodic & timely activities are undertaken by the maintenance team with regards to the performance of all machine and equipment’s across the unit.

• Supervise & monitor mechanical materials requirement, time schedule, installation, maintenance support.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and mechanical regulations.
