Key Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of a variety of projects with knowledge of construction are essential, and a dedication to the principles of sustainable design and innovation
Capable of preparing detail measurement, working drawing, interior designing and detailing of layout plans, sections, elevations, and project plans.
Has the capacity to prepare AutoCAD presentation, Sketch-Up, 3D Studio Max, 3D Visualization and Illustrations as per requirements of the project
Has the experience of working as a key architect with experience of delivering presentations of business and technical solutions to clients in formal presentations, question and answer sessions and on reference visits
Detailed understanding of project costing, material costing, feasibility testing, and effective project planning for timely completion
Adequate knowledge in designing residential and commercial spaces, retail and office spaces, furniture and interior products
Knowledge of building technology and construction methods and can demonstrate it through graphic documents and verbal skills
Strategic thinking to achieve the aims for the project – safety, cost, time, quality and sustainability
Knowledge of building codes, standards, building structures and regulatory compliance requirements
Exceptional design sense with a deep understanding of construction techniques, materials and current trends
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of the interior design market and the ability to identify new business opportunities
Skills Required:
Must be fluent in English (both in Spoken and Writing), Microsoft Office and Google Workspace packages
Experience Requirements:
12+ years, minimum 7 years in leadership position
Skilled in AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Workflow Management App and ERP Software.

Job Responsibilities:
Leadership and Vision
Provide strategic direction for the Architecture and Interior Design Department, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall vision and goals.
Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that cultivates exceptional design solutions for luxury clientele, retail stores, and commercial spaces.
Lead the development and implementation of design standards and protocols for high-end retail projects, and residential and commercial spaces.
Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time.
Design Management and Expertise
Lead and mentor a team of architects and interior designers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Review and approve design concepts, ensuring they meet the organization’s standards.
Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and design specifications for projects.
Stay current on industry trends and innovations in luxury furniture, materials, and interior design.
Client Management and Business Development
Oversee the management of client relationships, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations through exceptional design services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and other third party stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Supervise and guide the business development team to pursue new business opportunities, potentially leading presentations and proposals to secure new projects.
