  Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Automobile, Packaging Industry

Responsibilities & Context

• To conduct repair and maintenance of trailers refrigeration units and tractor cab air conditioning system in a safe manner and to defined standards.

• Carryout recommended maintenance schedules on refrigeration units and air conditioning systems as detailed at proper intervals

• Diagnose and rectify associated problems.

• Check units and report on suitability to maintain product within the laid down specifications. Overhaul associated systems such as compressors, three way valves and expansion valves etc.

• Read and understand technical data and manuals .Downloading of information in reefer units & tractors using manufacture recommended diagnosing equipment.

• Report difficulties, problems or unsafe systems of work to superiors.

• Carry out repairs against the budget economically
