Responsibilities & Context

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Conduct employee onboarding and training programs.

Provide support to employees regarding HR-related topics such as compensation, benefits, and workplace policies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Handle disciplinary and grievance issues.

Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
