Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as Assistant Manager / First Assistant Vice President – HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all core HR functions, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving a performance-oriented and professional work culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback sessions, and KPIs.

  • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.

  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Address employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and manage conflict resolution.

  • Assist with payroll processing and HR data analysis.

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities. Develop HR module in company ERP system along with technology team
