Requirements

Education

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computing & Information System, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Applications, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Engineering

• Certification in AWS (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).

• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash.

• Experience with Helm for Kubernetes application management.

• Knowledge of best practices for security and compliance in AWS environments.

• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference

Experience

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 45 years

• Proven experience as an AWS Kubernetes Platform Specialist or similar role.

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker.

• Proficiency in AWS Services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar).

• Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPC, VPN, security groups).

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Japanese Language: N4 level is preferable but having no Japanese Language ability is also expectable. During processing time, Japanese Language course will provided (free of cost)

• English Language: Business Level is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS (EKS) for high-availability applications.

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment and infrastructure updates.

• Monitor and optimize system performance and resource utilization within the AWS Kubernetes environment.

• Collaborate with developers to manage containerized applications and improve deployment practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.

• Manage and optimize AWS resources, including VPCs, IAM roles, security groups, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch for monitoring.

• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and security.
