Requirements

Education

  • At least Bachelor of Business Administration or any other relevant subject from any reputed College/ University/institution.

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Restaurant, Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 30 years
  • Proven experience in office management, administrative roles & customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written & verbal, fluency in English is required.
  • A proactive, multitasking, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Having knowledge & experience in HR, Admin and Accounts will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee and streamline daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all the departments.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensuring that employee data (employee attendance, leave, late attendance, absent etc.) is accurate and up to date.
  • Support payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursements.
  • Modify/ update any salary related information when required.
  • Coordinate and supervise the administrative functions of the office, including managing office supplies, licensing and ensuring the office environment is well-maintained.
  • Act as a central point of contact between the Management and other departments.
  • To help coordinate advertising campaigns & assist in planning and coordinating promotional events.
  • Generate regular reports for the Management on departmental performance, budget tracking, and employee progress.
  • Organize regular team meetings, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration across departments.
  • Foster a positive, corporate culture across all departments, ensuring that clients receive top-notch service at all times.
  • Address any employee/ client concerns or complaints, working collaboratively with team members to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
