• Identify and reach out to potential clients requiring recruitment or facility management services.

• Build relationships with corporate clients, government organizations, and SMEs.

• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking events.

• Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations and renewals.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

• Analyze sales data to improve future strategies.

• Any other task assigned by the team leader or authority.
