Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

• Completion of vocational training in mechanical courses from reputed training institute is preferred.

Experience

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years

Employment experience in relevant field from gulf countries (GCC) are preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Supervision & Leadership

• Overseeing mechanical teams, ensuring work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
• Assigning tasks and monitoring the performance of mechanics and technicians.
• Providing guidance, training, and support to workers.

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinating mechanical work with other departments (electrical, civil, etc.).
• Ensuring proper resource allocation (manpower, tools, materials).
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforcing workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensuring workers use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow safe work practices.
• Conducting risk assessments and addressing potential hazards.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Supervising the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and providing solutions.
• Ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Quality Control & Inspection

• Checking work to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conducting inspections and ensuring proper documentation of mechanical work.
• Testing equipment and systems after installation or repairs.

Reporting & Documentation

• Keeping records of work progress, materials used, and workforce activities.
• Preparing reports for management on completed tasks and any issues encountered.
• Ensuring all work complies with company policies and legal requirements.

Problem-Solving & Decision Making

• Resolving technical and operational challenges efficiently.
• Making quick decisions in case of equipment failure or work delays
