Responsibilities & Context
The Mid-Level HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement while aligning HR strategies with the unique demands of the software industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR process optimization for tech-based organizations. Additionally, a solid understanding of software implementation lifecycle and technical team dynamics is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & On-boarding:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, web developers, designers, sales & marketing departments, and product managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project-based hiring needs and ensure quick turnaround times for critical positions.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals, to attract top software industry talent.
Conduct structured interviews and technical screening processes in coordination with department heads.
Develop and execute seamless on-boarding programs tailored for software professionals to enhance engagement and retention.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain and optimize HR policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with software industry best practices.
Handle employee records, leave management, and payroll coordination using HRM software tools.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, IT policies, and data security regulations related to software companies.
Oversee performance appraisal processes by implementing KPI-based evaluations for tech teams.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
Foster a tech-friendly workplace culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
Planned and executed employee engagement programs, hackathons, training sessions, and workshops to boost productivity.
Act as an HR business partner for different tech teams to address employee concerns and drive retention.
Software Implementation & HR Tech:
Collaborate with the IT and software implementation teams to optimize HR software systems for seamless operations.
Manage the deployment and training of HRMS, payroll systems, and employee self-service portals.
Support digital transformation initiatives in HR, including automation of performance management and employee feedback systems.
