Additional Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and usability heuristics.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic understanding is a plus).

• Ability to conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centered approach.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to craft seamless user experiences that align with our business goals.

You will design & develop numerous online or print-based banners, brochures, images, videos, promotional materials etc. in order to promote our brand.

You will work with existing Wordpress-based website to improve its design & functionality on a regular basis.

From time to time, you may need to actively engage in digital marketing activities to promote our brand and increase sales of our existing & new products.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analys

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points

• titors and industry trends to improve UI/UX strategie

• Collect and interpret user feedback to refine design

UI (User Interface) Design

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.

• Develop consistent design systems, icons, typography, and color schemes.

• Ensure designs are visually appealing, modern, and aligned with Swosti Ltd.'s brand identity.

UX (User Experience) Design

• Design user flows and interaction models for intuitive navigation.

• Optimize layouts and features to enhance usability and accessibility.

• Conduct usability testing to improve overall product experience.

Prototyping & Testing

• Develop interactive prototypes for demonstration and user testing.

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work alongside product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.

• Present design concepts and rationales effectively to internal teams.

• Maintain design documentation and guidelines for consistency.
