চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ এবং কনটেক্সট

• Lead and supervise the fitting team, ensuring all mechanical work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.

• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical equipment such as Gear, pumps, motors, valves, Hydraulic, pneumatic, and other machinery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, providing technical support to the team as needed.

• Train and mentor junior fitters, assisting with their professional development.

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all work performed and maintain documentation of completed tasks.

• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Perform routine maintenance on FMCG production machinery.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations.

• Collaborate with production team to optimize machine performance.

• Maintain maintenance records and logs.

• Assist in the installation of new machinery.

• Perform emergency repairs as needed.

• Any other task assigned by Management.
