Experienced Hospitality operation Specialist with training and work experience in Hotel and Restaurant management covering gest services, food & beverage, kitchen & culinary, and housekeeping are invited to apply for exciting job opportunities in Malta

Hospitality operation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel and restaurant operations smoothly and efficiently

• Lead staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management

• Ensure excellent guest service in multilingual and multicultural settings

• Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage financial reporting

• Oversee inventory, ordering, and supply management

• Enforce hygiene, safety, and health standards (HACCP, fire safety, etc.)

• Plan and coordinate events, banquets, and seasonal promotions

• Support marketing, sales, and partnerships with local tourism bodies

• Ensure facility maintenance and coordinate with service providers

• Build relationships with suppliers and comply with local regulations

• Keep up with trends and seasonal needs in Italy and Malta’s tourism industries

• Italian language level A1

Terms & Conditions

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day (Subject to the employer’s job policy)

• Leave: Weekends (Sundays) + 24 holidays annually (Subject to the employer’s job policy)

• Overtime : Subject to the employer’s job policy

• Contract: Minimum 6 months (extendable)

• Visa Type: Long-stay "D" Visa

• Visa Processing Time: Approx. 6 months

• Service Charge: Payable only after VISA
