• Willing to travel locally for agent visits and marketing activities.·       
• Manage relationship with colleagues.·       
• Able to take care customer relationship.·       
• Good Knowledge in Social Media, Like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Responsibilities & Context

A.   Local Agent Marketing:

• Visit and communicate with local agents to promote manpower recruitment services.
• Build and maintain a strong network of local sourcing agents.
• Share job demands and collect candidate profiles through local agents.

B.   Tele marketing:

• Make regular phone calls to agents and candidates for follow-up and coordination.
• Provide accurate information about job openings and recruitment procedures.

C.   Computer Support:

• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, and basic data entry.
• Knowledge of ERP software will be considered an advantage.

C. Documentation & Support:

• Help with maintaining candidate files and marketing records.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly marketing activity reports.
