Education

• Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields)·      

• OR candidates with strong automobile knowledge or hands-on experience in the car industry may also apply, even if they don’t hold a formal degree.

Experience

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Trading or Export/Import

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Prior experience in automobile sales is an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

• Manage all commercial activities.

• Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and discipline of all staffs.

• Ensure proper floor coverage throughout the day.

• Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve monthly target.

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the showroom across all of the departments.

• Track all scheduled vehicle deliveries and ensure they happen on time.

• Verify that all pre-delivery processess (insurance, registration, paperwork, cleaning etc) are completed before handover. 

• Assist management with other assigned commercial tasks.
