Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in retrofitting or high-rise construction is a plus.
PMP certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety standards
