Responsibilities & Context

General workers, also known as Construction Worker, general laborers, perform a variety of manual labor tasks and support the operations of businesses or organizations. Their responsibilities often involve cleaning, maintenance, assisting skilled workers, and handling materials. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation: Construction workers are responsible for preparing the construction site. which include cleaning, debris, removing obstacles & Leveling the ground.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: This includes tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, as well as basic maintenance duties such as painting, minor repairs, and landscaping.
• Material Handling: General workers assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies, often using hand tools or basic machinery.
• Assisting Skilled Workers: They support skilled professionals like electricians, plumbers, and carpenters by gathering tools, holding materials, or performing simple tasks.
• Safety and Compliance: General workers must adhere to safety protocols, maintain a safe work environment, and follow all safety rules and practices.
• Inventory Management: They may be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Communication and Teamwork: General workers need to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and responsibilities.
