Responsibilities & Context
Oversee end-to-end operations of the factory including production, packaging, delivery, and quality control.
Monitor and ensure the efficient functioning of production lines for cakes, pastries, fast food, frozen foods, etc.
Manage daily kitchen and outlet operations in coordination with chefs, production staff, and outlet managers.
Optimize production efficiency and reduce system losses and wastage.
Ensure raw material procurement, inventory tracking, and supplier management are done cost-effectively and timely.
Supervise and support the Cloud Lounge restaurant kitchen team for smooth dine-in and catering operations.
Implement and monitor food safety standards (HACCP, hygiene practices).
Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery to outlets and online customers.
Report to top management with performance analysis, bottlenecks, and strategic recommendations.
Lead, train, and supervise factory staff and improve labor productivity.
Maintain cost control across production and procurement.
