Responsibilities & Context

Matiur Rahman High School is seeking to recruit dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as teachers. We are specifically looking for Chemistry and Physics teachers who possess exceptional, strong kids management abilities, and preferably a Teaching Profession.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Assess student progress through various methods such as tests, projects, and discussions.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to facilitate their academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support the holistic development of students.
• Stay updated on educational best practices, curriculum developments, and teaching methodologies.
