Responsibilities & Context
Assist in the recruitment & hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting job offers to onboarding & smooth induction for new employees.
Assist to organize and analysis of HR data like turnover rates and arrange training & development with KPl to generate HR reports and Performance Appraisal report.
Disciplinary activities, Grievance handling etc.
Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 & Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 with amendment.
Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization's goals and objectives.
Assist day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Drafting English, Bangla any notice, NOC, Salary certificate etc.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) including files relating to HR functions & maintain accurate and up-to-date of Employee personal file.
Check daily Leave & Attendance and daily Leave Management, Absenteeism, Pay roll, OT complete, and Compensation & Benefits.
Performing emergency & contingency services as assigned by the superior as & when required.
