Responsibilities & Context

• Plan, organize, and oversee all housekeeping operations for the preopening phase of the hotel.

• Recruit, train, and lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.

• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures in alignment with international brand standards.

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for opening.

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linen inventory.

• Maintain efficient inventory control and manage the housekeeping budget effectively.

• Work closely with other departments to support a smooth preopening process and ensure guest satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
