Responsibilities & Context

• Cleaning guest rooms:Thoroughly clean all surfaces in guest rooms including furniture, floors, windows, mirrors, and light fixtures. 
• Changing bed linens and towels:Remove soiled linens and towels, replace with fresh ones, and properly make beds. 
• Bathroom cleaning:Clean toilets, sinks, tubs/showers, and bathroom floors, ensuring proper sanitation. 
• Replenishing supplies:Stock guest rooms with toiletries, coffee, tea, and other amenities as needed. 
• Vacuuming and dusting:Vacuum carpets and dust all surfaces in the room. Trash removal:Empty all trash cans in the room and bathroom. 
• Reporting maintenance issues:Notify the appropriate department about any damage or malfunctioning equipment in the room. 
• Guest requests:Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, including additional towels, extra pillows, etc. 
• Following safety protocols: Adhere to all hotel cleaning and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
