Prepare casual labors daily bill.
Prepare casual labors monthly wages sheet.
Prepare staff and workers over time.
Prepare all permanent staffs and workers monthly attendance sheet for salary purpose.
Staff & worker's database management.
Employee grievance management.
Disciplinary action management.
Check all production unit that workers doing their duty properly.
Assist new staff to opening salary account.
Verify workers medical bill, etc.
Any other task assigned by Management.
