Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in production planning, preferably in the fashion retail or apparel manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities & Context

As a Senior Executive in the Production Planning Team at BYSL Global Technology Group, you will support the line manager of the production planning process, collaborate with the Merchandising Department, and ensure in-house production aligns with seasonal launches. You will coordinate schedules with manufacturers to ensure timely execution and seamless operation, prioritizing market readiness for in-house products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and analyze production programs from the Industrial Design Division, ensuring alignment with overall production strategy and capacity.

• Assign production programs to the Merchandising Department, clearly communicating product details, timelines, and specific production requirements.

• Create and manage comprehensive production schedules for all seasonal programs, ensuring timely readiness of all products by supporting internal planning processes.

• Collaborate closely with contract manufacturers to ensure adherence to production schedules, maintenance of quality standards, and prompt resolution of production issues.

• Monitor production capacity and resource availability, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal production flow without delays.

• Identify and troubleshoot potential production bottlenecks, delays, or quality issues, implementing effective solutions to keep production on track.

• Maintain detailed records of production progress and generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting potential risks or areas for improvement.

• Work with cross-functional teams, including Industrial Design, Merchandising, Quality Control, and Supply Chain, to ensure smooth production execution from design concept to final product delivery.

• Recommend and implement process improvements within the production planning workflow to increase efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance overall product quality.
