Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduate/B.Sc. from any reputed leather technology Institute.

Additional Requirements

• At least 2-3 years’ experiences in any recognized shoe manufacturing company.
• Should be knowledge in leather technology, Shoe Technology, Technical Route, Cutting, Sewing, Lasting, Injection Molding (TPR-PVC, PU-PU, PU-TPU) & Finishing Technology.
• Should be responsible to implement all quality norms and system across the production
• activity and standardize the quality procedure. Critically inspect & evaluate the product right from the initial stage, i.e. Raw material till the finish stage and also provide expert guidance and support till delivery. 
• Should have good leadership, direction and communication skill.
• Academic Qualification can be relaxed for Highly Experienced candidates.
