Responsibilities & Context
Visit customer and prepare customer database on the basis of requirements.
Maintaining positive business relationships with customer to ensure future sales
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule
Engineering and technical knowledge about product and solution basically all kinds solar system
To prepare price proposal after analyzing cost-benefit ratio of individual case/ project
Competitor market information (strength and weakness) analysis
Identify new business scope and opportunities in renewable energy sector
Prepare monthly sales report and forecast sales budget monthly/quarterly/ annually.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
To prepare invoice/ bill and follow-up for payment collection
To adopt with the upcoming technologies and focusing those to the market
Deal with customer complaints by investigating issues and come up with solutions
Reporting & assisting to Superior for any kinds of business and sales related issues.
