We are currently seeking an accomplished General Manager of Sales to report directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO). Role Overview:

As the General Manager of Sales, you will lead our sales initiatives by managing a team of Team Leaders and Sales Executives in Dhaka or Chittagong, or in the UAE. The General Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing sales operations, ensuring alignment with the broader corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement comprehensive sales strategies developed by the CSO and CEO, ensuring execution aligns with corporate goals.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage Team Leaders and Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize sales processes.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape for strategic adjustments.

  • Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operational teams to synchronize efforts and maximize sales effectiveness.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to the CSO, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
