We’re seeking for:
We are looking for an energetic Team Leader to report to the General Manager of Sales. This role is essential for motivating and managing a team of Sales Executives, ensuring they achieve their sales targets and uphold our commitment to customer service excellence.
Role Overview:
As the Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of your sales team, guiding their activities, providing training, and ensuring they meet their sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Sales Execution: Provide support in the execution of sales strategies and ensure proper implementation of action plans.
Performance Monitoring: Track team performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Client Interaction: Foster strong relationships with clients and assist Sales Executives in closing deals and addressing client needs.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing skill development for team members
Reporting: Provide regular reports to the General Manager on team performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the sales process and improve overall client experience.
