Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Marketing Executives to build up our business activities. Marketing Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. We'd like to meet you if you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable contacting potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

  • Handle incoming calls from potential customers, providing excellent customer service and accurate information.

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer effective solutions.

  • Actively resolve customer issues and inquiries during calls.

  • Utilize social media (Facebook), email, and web chat to engage with customers.

  • Assess the validity of complaints, determine root causes, and take appropriate action.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Efficiently multitask to handle various customer interactions.

  • Prepare regular reports for the team leader on complex issues.
