Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 30 years
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Bangladesh retail and wholesale market is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Candidate will be responsible for identifying efficient strategies for sales & market development, such as -Appointments of ideal dealers and distributors.

  • Effectively guide field staff and sales personnel for market development and achieving sales targets.

  • Coordinate and correspond with regulatory departments and its personnel.

  • Plan market seminars and events to increase interaction with company’s dealers and farmers.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for consumer goods.

  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, expand our distribution network, and establish partnerships to increase market reach.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and maximize performance.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

  • Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities and product launches.
