Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, with a good academic record.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (IELTS score of 6.0+ is mandatory).

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Food (Packaged), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.

  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

  • Facilitate communication between management and employees to promote a positive work environment.

  • Support the implementation of performance review systems.

  • Assisted in identifying employee training and development needs.

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with UK labor laws and regulations.

  • Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics and activities.

  • Collaborate with the legal team to maintain workplace standards.

  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.

  • Organize and manage employee engagement activities.
