Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGDHRM is Mandatory.

  • LLB Degree will be added as advantage.

Experience

  • At least 5 years

    Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Context:

One Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced, reliable, honest & dedicated Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager for HR & Admin department.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity and recognition and training & development.      

  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.       

  • Write Office Note, Circular, Performance Reports and necessary Business Writings.       

  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

  • Have Good experience in payroll.

  • Any other task assigned by HoD or management as and when required.
