Track attendance, leave records, and maintain disciplinary procedures.
Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
Coordinate payroll information with the accounts department.
Ensure all HR practices comply with Bangladesh Labor Law.
Assist management with strategic HR planning and organizational improvements.
