Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable, passionate, and trustworthy Business Development Manager to drive Lumins Education’s growth in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have a proven business development record in the education industry, with strong B2B experience and established networks or experience working with institutions in Europe, the USA, or Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Lumins Education’s presence in Bangladesh, focusing on Australian, European, US, and Canadian study and migration pathways.
• Identify and engage new B2B partners, including educational institutions, training centers, and migration service providers.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and integrity.
• Promote Lumins Education’s portfolio of global education, visa, and migration services to potential clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate sales records, manage pipelines, and report on business growth metrics.
• Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
